Well said Hooligan. People watch 5 minutes of the film and feel that since they didn't carry weapons they are some kind of pussies. They weren't the biggest group out there, but they were the toughest and most bad ass rag tag crew out there.

That is only because they made an agreement with Cyrus for the meeting only. You can bet your ass every other day besides that one The Warriors were packing all sorts of deadly weapons including guns. The movie only covers one night, remember "within the story" they are an active gang. Banging in a city full of murderous feuding gangs. The Warriors like any of those other gangs would most certainly be very familiar with firearms. Gangs shoot at one another, they are gangs and guns are a common practice. Anyway try to think of us as the members of the same Warriors gang but about 30 years later. By this time "our time" things have gotten much much worse. Possibly what happened that night tarnished The Warriors reputation and now they have to pack because not everyone believed the truth about the Rogues being responsible for the death of Cyrus. You Dig? The Warriors 2 type of shit boooi!
